A bridal trial is a full sitting in our studio in Kamla Nagar. The look is built on your own skin, in the chair, in our studio. Nothing is guessed from a photograph.
The trial is paid, and what you pay is adjusted in full into the booking. The money is not spent twice. The decisions get made in that sitting: the base, the eyes, the hair, the draping and the tier. You also find out what the look does in a photograph before the wedding rather than on it. Bridal prices are on the bridal page. Makeup for the other functions is on the party makeup page.

What happens in the chair
The consultation
The outfit, the jewellery and the function are looked at first. Skin is checked before any product goes on it. We ask first, and patch test if it is needed. Results vary.
The look, tried in full
Base, eyes, hair and draping, done the way they will be done on the wedding day. Not a demonstration on half a face.
Your own photographs
Photographs are taken on your phone, in daylight and under light. Take them home and look at them before you decide.
The tier is chosen
HD, Ultra HD or airbrush is settled after you have seen the look on yourself. Ask on WhatsApp for what each includes.

How far ahead
Send the wedding date as soon as it is fixed. Season dates go first, so the trial is booked around your wedding date. The trial date itself is agreed with you on WhatsApp.
Engagement makeup ₹7,999. The bridal trial can be done the same week.

What to bring
Bring the outfit, or a photograph of it if it is still with the tailor. Bring the jewellery, and the dupatta or saree that goes over the head. Bring the reference picture you keep going back to. The look then starts from something real.
After the trial
The date is held after the 50 per cent advance, and not before it. The advance is not refundable, and we say so before you pay rather than after. What you paid for the trial is adjusted in full into the booking.
On the wedding day
The wedding makeup is done here, or at your venue. Venue visits are on request — tell us the venue with the date. The look agreed at the trial is the look done on the day. Nothing is left to decide that morning.
