What the website collects

There is no form and no login on this site, so nothing you type is sent to the site. The site uses Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity to measure how pages are used: which pages open, which buttons are tapped, the device and browser, and an approximate location from the network address. These tools set their own cookies and identifiers. They receive no name and no phone number from this site. If your browser blocks them, every page still works.

When you arrive from an advertisement, the click labels in the web address are kept in your browser for up to thirty days, so that a booking can be matched to the advertisement that brought it. Clearing site data removes them.

WhatsApp messages and bookings

Every WhatsApp button opens a chat with the message already written; nothing is sent until you send it. Messages are used to answer your question, quote a price, and book the visit. The salon keeps a register of bookings: the name given, the WhatsApp number, the date, what was booked and what was paid. It is used to run the booking and is kept as the salon's own record.

Advertising

The salon advertises on Google and on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). The measurement tools above let those platforms show the salon's advertisements to people who visited this site, and contact details of past clients may be used, hashed, as a customer list on those platforms. To be left out of all of this, send one WhatsApp message to 9927800111 saying your number should not be used for advertising. No reason is needed, and it changes nothing about a booking. Photographs and videos

A client's photograph or video is used only after that client says yes in writing on WhatsApp, for this site, the salon's social accounts and its advertisements. A yes can be withdrawn in the same chat, and the picture comes down.

Who else sees it

The three measurement platforms named above, the company that hosts the site, and the people who help the salon with its website and advertising, who act on the salon's instructions. Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask what the salon holds about you, have it corrected or erased, and withdraw a consent. Ask on WhatsApp on 9927800111 or in the salon; a reply comes within two working days. If that does not settle it, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 provides for a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
