The 2024 styled shoot, Kamla Nagar, Agra

Three editions, one hand.

In 2024 the studio made a styled shoot with a jeweller and a stylist: three editions, Mehendi, Haldi and Cocktail, over three months, on models we made up and dressed ourselves, in courtyards, at carved doors and on a staircase. The studio commissioned it, paid for it and holds the rights to every frame here. Nothing on this page is stock and nothing was borrowed from another artist. The people are models, not brides, and the page says so, because a bride reading it should know what she is looking at: our hand, on a face that sat in our chair, under a photographer's light. That is the closest an honest salon can come to showing you the wedding look before your own. The clips play on tap and carry no sound. Each is cut where a card or a caption sat in the original reel, so what remains is the work. Photographs open in the look dialog, and any of them can be sent to us on WhatsApp with your date and the function. We reply with a time first, then the details.
